At KOMFY, we pack and ship your order with care. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

• European Union: 2–7 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–14 business days

If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please note: for orders shipped outside the European Union, you may have to pay extra customs fees, taxes, or import costs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Return period
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, unless an exception under the law applies.

To start a return, please register your return through our Register a Return page within 14 days of receiving your order. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of sending items back. We do not refund return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping your proof of postage.

Exchanges
Would you like a different size or another product? Please contact us at info@bykomfy.com.

You pay the cost of sending the original item back. We will send the replacement item for free, depending on availability.

Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must still be attached. Items must be free from stains, smells, and signs of use.

You can try and inspect an item as you would in a shop, as allowed by law.

These conditions do not affect your legal rights as a customer.

Return form
You can use the return form if you want to cancel your purchase. You do not have to use this form. You can also email us with a clear message stating that you want to cancel your purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the amount you are entitled to within 5 business days.

Your refund will be sent to your original payment method, unless we agree otherwise.
