At KOMFY, we make sure your order is packed and shipped with care. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same business day.

• European Union: 2–7 business days
• Rest of the World: 5–14 business days

If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees for destinations outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

Items must be reported for return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@bykomfy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please complete and include the return form that was enclosed with your package when sending your return.

No return form? No problem.
Please include a note with your name, address, and order number (see invoice or email). If you would like an exchange, please mention the desired size and colour.

Returned items must:

1. Be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
2. Include all original tags that were attached upon delivery.
3. Be free from any odors, stains, or signs of wear.

This helps us process your return as quickly as possible. Once we have received and processed your returned item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
