What is the delivery time for my order?
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 are shipped the same business day.
Delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- EU: 2–7 business days
- UK & US: 5–14 business days
If your order is unexpectedly delayed during processing, we will inform you as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can easily track your package.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please register your return within 14 days by email at info@bykomfy.com.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 1–3 business days.
